The Forum may accept donations, donations, grants, financial aid and any kind of movable and immovable property from the benevolent government, institution, trust, organization, person or organization for the implementation of its aims and objectives unconditionally or on acceptable terms imposed by the donor.
It is stated that in case of receiving foreign aid, the Foreign Donation Act 1978 must be complied with.
