সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগীয় কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমোদনক্রমে –

১) আইন বিষয়ক কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

২) অধিকার বাস্তবায়ন বিষয়ক কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৩) শিক্ষা বিষয়ক কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৪) স্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক কর্মসূচীঃ ফোরাম সবার জন্য স্বাস্থ্য সেবা নিশ্চিত করতে মেডিকেল কলেজ,প্যারামেডিকেল,ডিপ্লোমা নার্সিং ইন্সটিটিউট , চক্ষু হাসপাতাল ও প্রাথমিক স্বাস্থ্য সেবা প্রতিষ্ঠান করতে পারবে।

৫) প্রসূতি মায়ের কার্যক্রম উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ।

৬) চিকিৎসা কেন্দ্র স্থাপন।

৭) দারিদ্র বিমোচন সম্পর্কিত কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৮) নারী কল্যাণ কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৯) ছিন্নমূল শিশু পুনর্বাসন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।

১০) কৃষি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।

১১) ফোরামের কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে স্থাবর,অস্থাবর সম্পত্তি ক্রয়-বিক্রয় এবং সরকার হতে লীজ ব্যবস্থা কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১২) নারী অধিকার ও সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য আইনগত সহায়তা কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৩) মা ও শিশু স্বাস্থ্য কার্যক্রম উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৪) পরিবার ও পরিকল্পনা কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৫) মহিলা উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৬) কৃষি,মৎস্য ও পশু সম্পদ উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৭) ক্ষুদ্র ও কুটির শিল্প সম্পর্কিত কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৮) পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

১৯) সমাজ কল্যাণ মূলক সংস্থার সাথে সৌহার্দ্যমূলক সম্পর্ক প্রতিষ্ঠা।

২০) সংস্থার উন্নয়নকল্পে সেমিনার, সিম্পোজিয়াম ও কনফারেন্স এর আয়োজন এবং ফোরামের কর্মসূচীর সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য দেশে অনুষ্ঠিত উপরোক্ত কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ।

২১) দুর্গত মানুষের সেবা ও পুনর্বাসন কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ।

২২) জনগণের সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির মাধ্যমে অসামাজিক কার্যকলাপ, মাদকদ্রব্য ও ধূমপান বিরোধী, যৌতুক বিরোধী সামাজিক আন্দোলন গড়ে তোলা।

২৩) গবেষণামূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।

২৪) পুনর্বাসন কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

২৫) মাদক বিরোধী কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।

এবং মাদকদ্রব্য নিয়ন্ত্রণ অধিদপ্তরের অনুমতিক্রমে কাজ করা।

২৬) বাল্য বিবাহ,বহু বিবাহ,যৌতুক ও নারী নির্যাতনের বিরুদ্ধে জনগণের সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা ও বাস্তব কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ।

২৭) কারিগরী প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র স্থাপন।

২৮) অপরাধী সংশোধন ও পুনর্বাসন কেন্দ্র স্থাপন।

২৯) জমি ক্রয় ও লীজ প্রদান কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৩৪) পাঠাগার উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৩৫) প্রতিবন্ধী ও প্রবীণ উন্নয়ন কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনা।

৩৬) স্থানীয় সম্পদ ব্যবহার তথা লাগসই প্রযুক্তি উদ্ভাবন খুঁজে বের করা এবং দেশের জনগণের আর্ত-সামাজিক উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে তাহা প্রচার ও ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা।

৩৭) মানব সম্পদ উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।

৩৮) পরিবেশ রক্ষা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।

৩৯) সংস্কৃতি তথা দেশের ঐতিহ্য সংরক্ষণে দেশীয় সাংস্কৃতিক সমুন্নত করা,ঐতিহাসিক স্থান, বিষয়,দ্রব্যাদিসহ ইত্যাদি লালিত করণ ও ঐতিহ্য বিষয়ে ইতিহাস সংরক্ষণে সহযোগীতা করা এবং এই বিষয়ে গবেষণা, তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।

৪০) সামাজিক বনায়ন,ফলজ,বনজ ও নার্সারী তৈরী কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন ও পরিবেশ সচেতনতা সৃষ্টি করা।

৪১) ভোটারদের সচেতনতা সৃষ্টি করা ও নির্বাচন কমিশনের অনুমোদন নিয়ে নির্বাচন সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা সৃষ্টি করা।

৪২) বিনা বিচারে সাজা ভোগকারী ও নিরাপরাধ ব্যক্তি যাদের মামলা চালানোর সামর্থ্য নেই,তাদের কল্যাণে মামলা মোকদ্দমা শালিস পরামর্শের মাধ্যমে আইনী সহায়তা প্রদান এবং পুনর্বাসন করা।

৪৩) মাদকের ছোবল থেকে যুব সম্প্রদায়কে রক্ষার জন্য মাদক চিকিৎসা কেন্দ্র গড়ে তোলা ও মাদক বিরোধী প্রচারণা জোরদার করার মাধ্যমে সর্বব্যাপী জনমত গড়ে তোলা।

৪৪) বন্যা, জলোচ্ছাস, খরা, টর্নেডো, ঘূর্ণিঝড়,ভূমিকম্প ও জলাবদ্ধতায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত দের ত্রাণ সহায়তা প্রদান করা।

৪৫) সকল প্রকার খাদ্য নকল /ভেজালকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে গণসচেতনতা সৃষ্টি করা এবং আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।দেশের বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তি ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের মূল্যায়ন ও তাদের স্বীকৃতি স্বরুপ বিশেষ অবদানের জন্য সংবর্ধনা ও সম্মাননা প্রদান।

৪৬) দেশের বিভিন্ন স্মরণীয় দিনগুলো যাহাতে পূর্ণ মর্যাদার সহিত পালিত হয় সেই লক্ষ্যে এবং শিশু-কিশোর সর্বস্তরের জনগণের মধ্যে কবিতা,প্রবন্ধ, কৌতুক,গল্প,উপন্যাস,ছড়া ও শিল্প সংস্কৃতির যাবতীয় সংক্ষিপ্ত প্রামাণ্য চিত্র প্যাকেজ প্রোগ্রাম, টিভি প্রোগ্রাম ও চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণ ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে নিজস্ব সংস্কৃতির বিকাশ ঘটানো।

৪৭) ক্রেতা/ভোক্তা প্রতারিত হলে অথবা ব্যক্তির স্বার্থ বিঘ্নিত হলে যে কেউ ফোরামের নিকট আইনগত সহায়তার আবেদন করিলে যে কোন বিষয়ের উপর সত্যতা যাচাই তদন্ত পূর্বক স্থানীয় প্রশাসনের সহযোগীতা নিয়ে নিজস্ব আইনজীবীর মাধ্যমে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।

৪৮) স্বামী পরিত্যক্তা ও প্রবীণদের নিরাপদ আাবাসস্থল ও বিনোদন কেন্দ্র তৈরী করা।নারী ও শিশু পাচার রোধে জনসচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা।জন্ম-মৃত্যু নিবন্ধীকরণ কর্মসূচী বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তা করা।

৪৯) হিজরা ও পতিতাদের পুনর্বাসন ও তাদের অধিকার আদায়ে সহায়তাসহ আইনী সহযোগীতা করা।

৫০) মানুষের কল্যাণে মৌলিক ও মানবাধিকার রক্ষায় যে কোন ধরণের আইনী পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করতে পারবে।

৫১) দেশের ঐতিহাসিক স্থানসহ প্রত্নতত্ত্ব সম্পদ সংরক্ষণে সহায়তা করা।সকল প্রকার ভোক্তা অধিকার বাস্তবায়ন করা এবং এর উপর প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা সহ আইনী সহযোগীতা প্রদান করা।

৫২) সকল দূর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে জনসচেতনতা সৃষ্টি করা ও গণসচেতনতার মাধ্যমে তাদের প্রতিহত করা।
